| Our normal shipping time is within 48 hours (from the time that your order was processed), and does not include weekends. Please allow a few more business days for your order to arrive to you. We ship UPS Ground from Cary, NC. Larger items may ship directly from the factory and smaller items usually ship from our warehouse. Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box! The "Target Date" on the order form is not a promise from us to deliver your product exactly by that date! It is for our information while processing the order.We will make every effort to meet your "Target Date."
Most products can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item. Non-defective products may only be returned if the item(s) is unopened and in a condition that allows for resale and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are not refundable. DVDs, VCDs, Special-Order Carbon ZAPP fuel injector cleaning & testing benches and computer software products are all non-returnable items.
In the event that you need to return a product to us, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days and No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, order number, item number and/or product description and the reason for the return. Your item(s) must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
Any order refused by the customer are subject to the above non-defective items return policies and fees. Special order products may only be returned if defective or damaged, and only for replacement with like item. Refunds will not be given on special order products.
